FAE grades its tops by cup, and it's an Australian label — a FAE Large is a US 8–10 and carries a D–E cup. That is a wider bust range than most unlined designer swim tops accommodate, and it's the practical reason to choose FAE over a US brand if you've struggled to find a triangle that fits.

• How to measure: bust at the fullest point, tape straight across the back. Under bust directly beneath, without a bra. Keep the tape relaxed.

Care Instructions

• Rinse in cold fresh water immediately after every wear, before salt or chlorine dries in.
• Hand wash cold with mild detergent. Never machine wash.
• Press water out gently — do not wring.
• Dry flat in shade. Never a dryer, never direct sun.
• Let sunscreen and body oil absorb fully before dressing; oils break down elastane.
• Untie rather than pulling the top over your head — it preserves the tie tension.
