Nammos, Mykonos
Nammos turned Psarou Beach into the Mediterranean's most recognizable stretch of sand — white-and-turquoise umbrellas, a floating dock for yacht arrivals, and Nammos Village next door with its own boutiques and galleries. The kitchen runs premium Mediterranean and sushi menus through long lunches that build into a full evening; front-row sunbeds run reservation-only from June, and a bottle-service minimum applies at peak season. This is the venue built around being seen as much as swimming.
Scorpios, Mykonos
Scorpios changed what a Mediterranean beach club could be — built into a rocky promontory on Paraga Beach with Cycladic whitewash-and-terracotta architecture, and a music program (afro-house, organic electronic, melodic house) curated with the same seriousness as a listening room. It reads as ritual more than party: sunset sessions, wood-fired food, a crowd that came for the sound as much as the scene. Reservations are essential and open weeks ahead for peak season.
